Dr. Allison Hill is a Los Angeles OBGYN doctor born and raised in Springfield, Illinois. She received a BS in Biology from the University of Notre Dame in 1991 and her MD from Loyola University in Chicago in 1995. She completed her residency in OB/GYN at Los Angeles County – USC School of Medicine. She has been in private practice in Los Angles for the last 22 years.  She is a past Chairman of the Department of OBGYN and Chief of Staff at Good Samaritan Hospital.

While knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of OBGYN, Dr. Hill has a special interest in hormone replacement therapy (including bioidentical hormones), cervical cancer screening, HPV, contraception and infertility.  Having retired from delivering babies, she can now focus full time on her gynecology practice.  This also includes menopause, recurrent vaginal infections and breast issues, often being able to offer more natural and holistic options for treatment.

Volunteer work is very important to Dr. Hill. All of her volunteer missions have focused on women’s health issues in underdeveloped countries. To date, Dr. Hill has performed medical mission work in Ethiopia, Costa Rica, St. Lucia, Mexico and Indonesia. Dr. Hill is the mother of two children; Luke, 19, and Kate, 17. She enjoys spending time with her kids, yoga and running.
