OFFICE POLICIES

CANCELATION POLICIES

Our office has implemented a 24 hour cancellation policy. This policy applies to all new patients and existing OBGYN patients. Our intent is give each patient the time and attention she deserves. Unanticipated no-shows increase the overall wait time for appointments and disrupt the doctors schedules. Please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment if you will be unable to attend.

LATE ARRIVALS

Your time is valuable. We strive to stay on schedule throughout the day . If you are late for your appointment, you will affect the other patients in the office. If you arrive late, we will make our best effort to see you the same day but, on occasion, you may be asked to wait or reschedule.

EMERGENCIES

If you have an emergency during regular office hours, please call the office and speak directly to the receptionist. If your emergency is after hours or on the weekend, you may call the office phone number. The answering service will relay your message to the doctor and you will receive a call back within 15 minutes.

MESSAGES FOR THE DOCTOR

Non-emergent messages for the doctor will be returned within 24 hours. Please leave information about the nature of your call so we can best handle the message quickly. Make sure we have current contact information as well.

You can send an email to Dr. Hill through your Follow My Health patient portal.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

Please make sure that we have your current pharmacy information. In most cases, we cannot refill a prescription unless we have seen you in the office in the last 12 months. This ensures that your medical information is current and you have not had any complications from the medication. Prescriptions will not be refilled on the weekends.
